Right after tonight’s party at the lounge, my Flickr account View counter just hit 10 000 visits in about 1 months and 3 weeks approximately. My Flickr has been opened on the 24th of january 2007. Even with the NIPSA and censorship, I managed to do it! Take that Flickr! 
I will soon post an article on how to drive traffic and take advantage of Flickr as a SecondLife photographer, even if they do everything to make it difficult for us.

Well after almost 1 week of preparation, I’m finally almost ready to shoot tonight! It will take probably a couple hours to complete, I have over 20 dressup styles to play with. I still need better poses tho but I have a couple nice ones (if anyone has pinup poseball sets or anims there very welcome). I will probably need to customize my shape a little just to better fit some dresses, even if that really sucks to be forced to do so. Hopefully some prim clothes are moddable but many are not. Clothing designers! Think about plus size models! *giggles*
I plan to take between 200 and 1000 pictures. Of course I will select the better ones, I will probably select between 50 and 100 for photoshopping. I will do the job myself even if I suck but if anyone would like to help me with the photoshop shit, I’d be more than glad to trade for building/scripting help. I will be shooting on my white screen studio located around 650m over the OPC/Code Red Lounge building in Strata, youre more than welcome to see (but please try not to disturb unless you want to help).

UPDATE: Well it did’nt go too well on that upgrade day *giggles. I have to reshoot again completely. Made about 200 shots before i started to have weird problems downloading my clothing, inventory lock ups and everything failed to rez. So since it was not good conditions for a shoot I will report it to tomorrow night or friday. I also forgot to crank my avatar rendering to the max, which did’nt give me the expected quality. I need to coordinate because having between 12 and 20 dressups to try if not more, I need to do massive invent reorg. Will keep you posted.
As I said somewhere previousy I have almost no photocomposition notions and I just shoot naturally. Well it’s funny because I use several of the notions included in that nice blog article I stumbled uppon. Amateur photographers like me will surely appreciate the following page:
I need to post something or everybody will think I.m dead or something. Codie has been pretty busy lately and the lack of sleep did’nt help her creative skills at all. I have several formal report ideas for the future to come, be sure I’ll keep all my loves posted.
Lately I’ve been working a lot around the lounge to improve it and make it look faboulous. I think we did a pretty good job because it looks stunning from what you will see from my latest Flickr sets.
We also added floor space for our new store to open soon, the OPC Shop, which will carry our new line of lounge furniture and many other novelty items. The store also includes a new art gallery, the Rouge art gallery, with photography and other artwork for sale.
We also built 11 new appartment units for rent on Strata, a few ones already rented. Hurry up for a nice flat close to Strata’s coolest club.
I’ve been so busy buiilding and scripting, and rearranging the lounge and the boutique, it’s just crazy. II also started creating my photo studio in the sky, to take my next whitescreen shoots.
I plan to take my next posing shoot real soon, this time pinup style. I must prepare well because I will shoot tons of different poses and outfits.I’m studying many pinup artist galleries to define what to wear. I just can’t wait, i’m sure it will be awesome.
I did several shoots this week, from Cyberpunk genre stuff to loving shoots with my beautiful Fallon. She’s so lovely and so like me, we make quite a pair on picture. Victoria Coppola took those awesome shots.
In other news were working on a huge batch of merch you should be able to see in the store soon, I still have tonds of scripting to do. If youre a scripter, well I need help finishing all the stuff. Just IM me and we will work a good deal.

We all know being the noob sucks. Personally I did not have an ounce of trouble with it, thanks to my hacker background, and thanks to a couple of residents kind enough to give me a couple pointers. After only a week, Codie was already like a fish in the water, building around. But those who don’t have my technical background can find their first times in SL pretty dreadful.
I help so many noobs everyday, that I thought I could try and condense all the tricks and tips I acquired in my short SecondLife. This will also save me and other Secondlifers a lot of time explaining some basic stuff to those noobs we ♥♥♥ so much, by redirecting them to a very practical guide you can follow easily step by step.
I already did a good start on it, just a few pages of stuff. I’d like it to become the ultimate Noob reference guide for SL. I want to include popular freebie stores, popular stores and places, touring destinations, essentials must have stuff, sex tour guide, and so on and so on. I already hired my lovely new partner in SL Fallon Kazan to be my editor, and help collect the info and build that guide.
Now. What I need from you all expert 2ndLifers out there, who still remembers how it was to be a noob, is simply to email me or add in comments of this post all the possible tips, tricks, special places, stores, money making tricks, or anything you could think of that would help our fellow noobies to feel beautiful and live their SecondLife to the fullest.
